Zoom Paragliders say the X2C launches easily despite the high aspect ratio – 6.53 flat, 4.87 projected – and has “easy manoeuvrability” and “excellent” climb characteristics. The X2C also delivers “high glider performance” when accelerated and Zoom Paragliders say it will even give open CCC class wings some real competition.

The X2C made several FAI triangle flights of over 280km in the Alps during its 2023 testing phase and is aimed at “experienced sport class XC pilots”. It is available in five sizes and covers a recommended weight range from 70-125kg.
