Michael Sigel won the 30km task on Wednesday, just pulling in ahead of Brett Hazlett and Nick Greece.

On Thursday he did it again, on a much bigger task of 78.3km. He beat Eric Reed and Josh Cohn to score a near-max 998 points.

The two wins mean he is currently leading the comp, with Brett and Eric in second and third spot.

In the Sports class, Dmitri Soloviev is in pole position, while in the Women’s class Keiko Hiraki is top.
