Nedsu have developed heated gloves which they say avoid the disadvantages of reduced heating as small batteries discharge.
The gloves are available in thicker and thinner versions of six sizes from XS to XXL, and the included standard battery provides heating for approximately 1.5hr.

An additional 20,000mAh “special power supply” can be purchased to be worn inside a jacket pocket and connected via a 1.5m cable. Nedsu say this can provide heating power for “over six hours” without a decrease in heating power.
