Germany’s Maximilian Loidl has launched his own brand of flying accessories and apparel: No Offseason.
Max was a Red Bull X-Alps pilot last year and completed the race in 7d 3h 24m.
A hike-and-fly fanatic, his latest product from his brand is the Mesh Shirt. Max explained that, while doing hike-and-fly, you’re always sweating on your back. So, he made a T-shirt with a mesh back and began testing it.
“Of course, you still sweat,” he said. “But for hike-and-fly it’s perfect.”
Max’s other products include hoodies, T-shirts and buffs.
The thinking behind the name No Offseason is that hike-and-fly pilots can be training at any time of year. “When the wind blows – go kitesurfing. Fresh powder, go ski mountaineering. Sun shines, go thermaling with your glider or run up that mountain.”
Max’s latest T-shirt, the Mesh, is available in sizes S, M, L and XL.
