The Genie Lite 2 is GIN’s new lightweight pod harness for cross-country pilots. It has a carbon-fibre seatboard for precise pilot feedback, and a removable pod.
GIN say the Genie Lite 2 is both comfortable and aerodynamic, and it’s available in four sizes to tailor it to different pilot heights. It’s built from light yet robust materials, weighing 4.2kg in the M (third biggest) size.
GIN have used 3D shaping in the back to give support where it’s needed, and it has a removable and adjustable lumbar pad.
They say the outer profile is as clean and wrinkle-free as possible for optimum aerodynamic efficiency, and optimisation of the karabiner attachment points make it reassuring stable in turbulence.
Features include:
- Safe-T chest and leg strap closure systems
- Undereseat rescue container
- Carbon fibre seat and footplates
- 14cm Ginsoft Lite 2 moussebag, extending under the rescue container
- Integrated cockpit with removeable instrument panel and zippered 5L pocket
- Large back pocket with inner radio/hydration pack pocket, and two zippered side pockets
- Routing for radio/hydration pack
- Harken pulleys for speedbar routing
The Genie Lite 2 is EN and LTF certified.
