French mini-wing specialists Little Cloud have released a new reversible airbag harness, called the Turtle.
The harness is a no-pod type with a certified airbag that extends from under the seat all the way up the pilot’s back. LC say the Turtle has neutral roll behaviour and is fully adjustable in flight.
A front-mount reserve attaches directly to the risers – instructions are on the video manual above. The Turtle harness is rated to a maximum of 110kg and is one size only, suitable for pilots from 155-190cm height.
The 55l rucksack is designed to be carried for serious walks. Its narrow, compact design keeps the weight in close and high up, with a padded belt to distribute the weight across your hips. It will fit a 26m2 wing inside.
The striking jade – or turtle – green colour with the fun cloud logo is trademark Little Cloud. The Turtle weighs just 2.4kg all-in, and the price of 675€ includes karabiners, reserve pocket and reserve risers.
