Spanish paramotor manufacturer Liberty2Fly released a new two-seater trike in August 2016. The Liberty Bi is robustly built from stainless steel. It’s light and compact, and can be transported in the back of a car.
Its main bar configuration is unusual, in that the bars actually pass underneath the pilot’s arms, but above the passenger’s shoulders. This leaves the pilot’s arms totally unrestricted, while the passenger feels enclosed and secure inside the frame.
Because the bars are low, the paraglider riser attachment points are also low. This set-up makes for reduced oscillations under acceleration, and neutral and balanced handling.
