Dudek describe their EN A Nemo 2 as a safe and forgiving school and post-school paraglider that will give you stress-free thermalling, winching, cross-country and PPG flying.
Though named the Nemo 2, it isn’t an elaboration of the original but was designed from scratch, with a different planform and curvature. Dudek say they designed it with uncompromising passive safety, particulary at full speed bar, as priority.
They say it also flies much better than the first Nemo, with easy launch characteristics and solid handling. It is not skittish, so unintentional small brake inputs or weight shift from an inexperienced pilot won’t turn it, but nice, distinct inputs will send it where you want it to go.
Performance-wise, Dudek say its glide is surprisingly good, and XC flights are really achievable, with the added bonus of not having to worry about ‘killer thermals’.
Build-wise, it has a simplified V-ribs system and wingtip openings to get rid of debris. Easy-Keepers dock the brake handles to the risers.
The Nemo 2 has been certified EN A in sizes S to XL, with the XS coming soon.
