Advance have a special 10% winter discount for an annual paraglider check, which applies throughout December 2011 and January 2012.
Their service centres in France and Switzerland will thoroughly check your wing so that, “you can completely rely on it when the new year comes”.
Advance say that in order to meet the conditions of their warranty, their paragliders must be serviced every two years. In the case of heavily-used (more than 150 hours a year) gliders, professional tandems and acro wings, this check must be made annually.
You can download an annual check order form from Advance’s website, and post it with your wing to one of the two service centres whose addresses are on the form. It will take a couple of weeks to complete the checks, and you will get a test report back with your wing.
