GIN’s newly certified paraglider for the Red Bull X-Alps was spotted on launch in Annecy at the weekend.

The GIN Boomerang X-Alps, of which only five have been made so far, was certified on Friday 14 June 2013, and was taken for a test fly by Red Bull X-Alps athletes Aaron Durogati and Victor Sebe in the French Alps the next day.

According to Gin Seok Song, the owner and designer of GIN Paragliders, the glider is a three-liner specially designed and made for the X-Alps. It weighs circa 3.5kg. The harness weighs circa 1.5kg.

Gin, Victor and Aaron were happy to pose for the Cross Country camera when we saw them on launch.
