Niviuk will have their new EN B tandem paraglider, the Takoo 2, with them at the Coupe Icare in St Hilaire du Touvet in France this weekend, 16 – 19 September.
Niviuk say the tandem is easy to use and has plenty of performance, describing it as a very easy wing to launch with no overshooting, having a high level of passive safety and being precise and easy to turn in thermals.
Special features include Niviuk’s Ear-Lock system, which allows you to lock off big- or small-ears, leaving your hands free to continue to control the glider using the brakes, without the ears popping out.
The Takoo 2 is available in two sizes, 39 or 42 m2, catering for 110-190 kg or 130-220 kg all-up weights respectively. There is also a choice of three colour schemes.
