Escape's new EN D paraglider, the S'max Sr
French paraglider manufacturer Escape have designed a new ‘classical’ EN D paraglider, the S’Max Sr.
It is to be a glider for any EN D pilot to fly, and “not a crazy horse”. They describe the S’Max Sr as the little sister of the S’Max Revolution, which is their maximum performance open class wing.
But whereas the S’Max Revolution is a two-liner, the EN D S’Max Sr will have three rows of lines but with an optimised line layout, achieving what Escape hope to be “the perfect balance between behaviour and performance”.
Certification is in progress, and Escape say the S’Max Sr will be available in early spring.
