Calling UK hang glider and paraglider pilots for airspace modelling survey

24 September, 2010

Users of UK’s uncontrolled Class G airspace, which includes hang glider and paraglider pilots, are asked to take 10 – 15 minutes to complete a pilot survey for the Airspace & Safety Initiative (ASI).

The ASI say they will use information collected in this airspace modelling exercise to identify confliction areas and ‘hotspots’ and to take Class G airspace users’ requirements into account when planning changes to UK airspace.

The survey is here.
