The Lokken Fly festival takes place from 21 – 26 June 2008, under perpetual Danish daylight this part of the northern hemisphere sees at midsummer.
All pilots and their friends and family are invited to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the flying events, and of course the main event, the Wagas Competition (paragliding).
As well as paragliding, there will be hang gliding, PPG, stuntplane aerobatics, skydiving and gyrocopters. All of these disciplines can take passengers, and in the spirit of the fun and friendly event, tandem pilots of any of these disciplines are asked to pitch in and take passengers, free of charge. There will also be beginners courses available, weather permitting.
Big party on the Wednesday evening.
The cost is 50 Euros for 5 days, including food and camping (bring your tent and sleeping bag!)
