Following Ewa Wisnierska’s success in the 11th Paragliding Open Championship in Nepal in February this year (she decisively won the sport class), Swing‘s Mistral 6 intermediate paraglider is now out. If you fancy giving it a test flight, a van-load (40) of them have been taken to the Italian Dolomites to be tested out in the spring thermals there this week.

The Swing team will be in Bassano from 20 – 28 March 2010, with test gliders in sizes 24 (65-90kg), 26 (80-105kg) and 28 (90-115kg), and they implore you to come and try them out.

“You have almost certainly never flown a glider in category EN B (1-2) with an aspect ratio of 5.9”, say Swing. “We promise you a cross country and fun glider with a sensational performance potential for this category”.

To make your test flight an unforgettable experience, XC champions Torsten Hahne and Daniel Tyrkas will be there on the weekend, so you can join them, aboard a Mistral 6, for a cross country adventure (providing the weather cooperates)
