Swing Spitfire 2

Swing’s Spitfire 2 is a full-on speedriding wing for fans of high-energy swooping, optimised for ski-launch.

A lightweight wing with short lines Swing say it is fast with uncompromsing handling and excellent canopy feedback, great for aggressive barrel rolls and the like.

Swing say it has an improved glide and longer brake travel, so you can initiate lovely steep dives, and it will follow your tight ski turns without hesitation, yet remain above your even if you ride into deep snow.

The canopy has three line levels and new optimised risers with interchangeable trimmer bands and increased trim travel options.

The Spitfire 2 is available in 8.5, 9.5, 11, 13, 15 and 18m sizes. The smaller sizes are the territory of experts, and there’s an even smaller ‘comp’ size for team pilots only.

At the other end of the scale, Swing say the 13 and 15m sizes are ideal for beginners:

The trim travel is ideal for speed riding beginners. The dampened handling in these sizes is perfect for the learning curve and is very forgiving. These two sizes also come in the new design, with lightweight construction and have the new riser with opened seam.

The 18m size is intended for tandem use.
