In the absence of the popular Ozone Chabre Open this year, the organisers have launched the Ozone Chabre XC Challenge, an online contest running from 1 April – 12 September 2009. To take part, fly from Laragne, Aspres or Sederon before 12 September, upload your flights to the website: www.xcontest.org/laragne/ and you could win a prize! There are classes for fun and sports gliders, tandems, females and best flight on an Ozone wing. The prizegiving will be at the Coupe Icare, St Hilaire, 19 and 20 September.
Meanwhile, mark a date in June 2010 for the 5th Anniversary Ozone Chabre Open.
