Icaro have been in the paragliding business for 15 years. They are celebrating with an image overhaul, and the new freestyle wing, the Aquila, is the first to be released in the new style.

Icaro say the Aquila combines the agility, speed and dynamics of an acro wing with the thermal and handling abilities of a high-level glider, It’s aimed at intermediate-level pilots.
Icaro say:
With it’s collapse resistance and high passive safety, the glider is easy to control and can be handled under difficult conditions. Yet its agility and performance will thrill even the most skilled pilots….
The Aquila will be available in three bright colours – the graphics are extracts from their Edelweiss logo – and three sizes (18, 20 and 22m2). Sizes 20 and 22 are certified EN/D LTF, and the 18 has passed EN 926-1 shock and load tests.
You can read more about the wing in Icaro’s Aquila_brochure (PDF).
