Nova have released a light version of their EN B wing the Ion 3
The wing is 1.5kg lighter than the Ion 3. Nova say:
“The Ion 3 Light is a fully-fledged Ion 3 with excellent performance, uncomplicated to fly, with a great deal of passive safety – but it is nearly one and a half kilograms lighter. It has the same basic philosophy: the wing offers a lot and demands little.
The Ion 3 Light is a real all rounder: Mountaineering, cruising along your local hill, flying cross-country – and in particular having a huge amount of fun!”
