BGD lightweight tandem spreaders
BGD have new lightweight tandem spreaders. Although their tandem glider comes with a set of standard spreaders, the lightweight ones save you 230g.
BGD say the lightweight spreaders can also be flown without the spreader bar. “The bar can be unhooked by hand on launch transforming the bars into soft spreaders.”
Removing the bars cuts the weight down by another 125g. In this configuration they weigh in at 515g, a total saving of 360g.
Lightweight spreaders cost €133 plus €30 for a pair of lightweight karabiners.
