U-Turn Thriller X4: competition acro wing

U-Turn have just launched the Thriller X4, a “completely redesigned” acro wing for professional acro pilots.

A very dynamic wing yet with remarkably gentle feedback, U-Turn say the Thriller X4 is excellent for tricky tricks and transitions.

They’ve given the wing calm vertical spin characteristics to make it easier to heli, kept the Pressure Balance Valves (PBV) in the topsail and cross ventilation ports to help keep the wing pressurised whatever its aspect – protecting the pilot if a trick does not go quite as planned.

U-Turn say they use only top quality materials which have passed their rigorous tests, and use double-reinforced stitching and reinforcement elements on all line attachment points and V-ribs.

The Thriller X4 is available in 16, 17, 18, 22 and 24.5m2 sizes.
