U-Turn release EN-B Blacklight 2

Saturday 15 October, 2016

U-Turn Blacklight 2

U-Turn’s Blacklight 2 is an EN/LTF-B paraglider for cross-country pilots. They say its impressive performance is matched by good levels of safety.

It was newly designed from scratch and has been three years in development. The resultant wing has a more compact feel and higher top speed than the original.

U-Turn say:

The development work to re-interpret the top seller Blacklight took nearly three years and carries the tradition of the high performance capability with easy handling into the future. Quality needs time, because we want to deliver sophisticated products that set new bars and therefore sustain over a long time.

It’s a sharknose design, with sporty handling, precise turns and a glide ratio of 10/7. The Blacklight 2 is certified EN/LTF B in four sizes, for all-up weights from 55-120kg.
