Pro Design’s new performance intermediate paraglider: the Thema 2

Pro Design’s new performance intermediate paraglider, the EN B-certified Thema 2, is ready and will be distributed from mid-June.

Pro Design say the Thema 2 has a high trim speed and impressive glide, especially in windy or turbulent conditions. They have also made it super-easy to launch and given it sporty handling, though point out it can also perform efficient, flat turns. They say it also has a high speed range and slow stall point, which adds an extra safety margin to an already stable and undemanding wing.

As with a lot of other manufacturers, Pro Design have made a smaller, lighter package of the Thema 2, so it’s easier to hike to launch with and to conform to airlines’ baggage restrictions.
