Parajet International Ltd are a world renowned and industry leading Paramotor manufacturer and aviation innovator, with a reputation for adventure and achieving the impossible. This rapidly growing and dynamic company is part of the larger Gilo Industries group and are now looking for an experienced sales manager to join the team.
Role:
· Daily contact and management of existing international dealership network.
· Responsibility to create sales strategy and achieve significant annual sales growth.
· Consistent and efficient communication between all company departments.
· Quarterly sales reports and analysis.
· Role is primarily office based but will involve some domestic and international travel.
· Exhibition / event planning and management.
Candidate Requirements:
· Good telephone manner and computer skills.
· Ability to create and maintain efficient customer and prospect databases
· Good understanding of business to business and business to consumer sales.
· Need to be customer focused, great at building new relationships, and then efficient in maintaining those relationships.
· You must have strong leadership skills, be motivated and display self initiative. The Gilo industries group is experiencing significant growth and career opportunities will be offered to hard workers.
· An Interest and passion for both flying and the sport of paramotoring is ideally preferred but not essential.
· Clean driving licence required.
