He beat the current record by almost 200 tumbles. Max Marien, a 24-year-old paragliding instructor at Torrey Pines in California executed 374 tumbles when he debagged from a helicopter in August 2012.

At the time Max said, “I really like the feeling of it. It’s not so much I wanted the world record, I just wanted to see how far I could push myself.”

Max himself had taken the record from Horacio who had completed 281 revolutions in Nepal in 2009.
