Sky Paragliders release new Twin 2 Evo

Sky’s Twin 2 Evo is a tandem harness for pilots who want to keep their gear light without sacrificing durability. An upgrade to their popular Twin 2, it now features a removable shallow seatboard in addition to leg straps to improve control.

In-flight comfort has also been enhanced by the new shaping of a padded backrest. The Twin 2 Evo is equipped with a back-mounted rescue system that is easy to deploy yet out of harm’s way.

The harness has a 15cm back protector and a new Edelrid buckle system, which Sky say is “quick, easy and safe”. Other features include large storage pockets on the back and both sides as well as a selfie stick leash.

“The Twin 2 Evo features many improvements, as well as some entirely new elements,” say Sky.

“The integration of a slightly banana-shaped shallow seatboard does not disturb during launch, but significantly improves glider control and thermalling while the leg straps still enable the pilot to conform to varying passenger bodies.”

The harness is available in two sizes, M and L, which weigh 2.8kg and 2.9kg respectively.
