Pál Takáts wins Skywalk edition of SRS 2024

Pál Takáts won the Skywalk edition of the Sports Class racing Series which took place in Montalegre, Portugal from 7-13 July 2024.

Christiaan Durrant was second, and Magdalena Janaway third overall, and top woman. Team Masterclass were the winning team.

After a tricky start to the week weather-wise, the last two tasks saw good racing conditions with 65.4km and 66.6km tasks flown.

Fermin Montaner Morant was the lucky winner of a Skywalk wing in the prize draw, and Agi Zaborowska took home a new Flymaster Live C instrument.

There are two more rounds remaining in the 2024 series: Krushevo, North Macedonia from 25-31 August, and the Gin edition in St-André-les-Alpes, France, 9-15 September 2024.
