Same mountain, two different adventures – both unforgettable

The Petit Combin is a beautiful 3,672m peak standing between the Val de Bagnes (Verbier’s valley) and the valley leading up to the Grand Saint-Bernard Pass in Switzerland. Last year, I went there twice, two different adventures, both unforgettable. 

First mission: one day, e-bikes hike-and-fly. With my flatmate Loïs we decided to go for it from home in one push, up and down in a single day. We left around 8am on our e-bikes in turbo mode, wings and all the Alpine gear packed into 45-litre bags. We rode up to the Buvette du Pindin (2,350 m), the last point reachable by bike.
