We are happy to accept returns on items, provided they meet our returns conditions below. The process is straightforward:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your name, address, the item you bought and why you would like to return it. If you prefer to ring, call us on +44 1273 256 090 with the same information.
- Download the Returns form and use it to mail your goods back. If it is valuable or will cross international borders, make sure you track the item.
- We will replace the item or refund payment upon receipt of the returned goods
If you are unhappy with the products you buy from us then we will refund you. We just ask that the goods are returned unused with original packaging, all tags and labels, and are returned within 30 days of purchase. For purchases in December the returns period is extended to the end of January – this is to allow for return of unwanted Christmas presents. We cannot accept returns of individually personalised goods.
In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will replace it with a new item or refund your money (your choice).
You are responsible for the return postage costs for unwanted items. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or the item is faulty then we’ll cover the costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Please check the list of restricted items (eg batteries) for the service you’re using.
