Day One of the Rat Race, Sunday 22 June, in Oregon saw bad weather and no flying.
So Andy Pag took the opportunity to find out from Jeff Huey how the US Paragliding Team is selected for the World Championships.
Plus, he talked to one of the top North American pilot Brett Hazlett about the GIN Boomerang 9. “Yeah, I really like the glider… what I noticed most is its climb performance in very light conditions.”
