Advance are pleased to welcome the 2008 European Champion and top French team pilot, Greg Blondeau, into their fold to promote and test their wings. He will fly their Omega in competitions, and will also continue his work as a paragliding instructor.
Greg started flying competition and acro some years ago. He won the first Red Bull Vertigo, finished 2nd overall in the 2006 PWC and became European Champion in 2008. This year he will have a new and great challenge: his girlfriend Eliane, a member of the Advance staff in Switzerland, is expecting a baby in July. Greg says: “When I look back I have a good feeling about what was done with Mac. The decision to leave was not easy to take. From now on there is a new story that begins and I’m excited to discover it”.
