Chrigel Maurer infinity tumbling into the record books

During the Baden Württemberg Championships in the Black Forest, Germany, Chrigel Maurer broke his own infinite tumbling record with 210 rotations, jumping from a helicopter at 3,300 m with his Advance Akro proto. Once again Chrigel had to deal with high g loadings of up to 6g each rotation during the record flight, putting great strain on his neck and stomach muscles and becoming a real test of endurance to hang on in there for more than 198 rotations, the previous record.

You can download Chrigel’s personal narrative of this flight from Advance’s homepage, www.advance.ch
