Austrian acro pilot Marcel Schrittwieser has joined Nova as part of the design team.
Nova said the 31-year-old would support new head of design Philipp Medicus and lead test pilot Mario Eder.
They added that he would have particular focus on the smaller sized wings. Marcell weighs in at 65kg.
Austrian acro champion in 2009 Marcel is an accomplished XC pilot and has experience as a test pilot. He lives in Innsbruck and studies sociology.

NOVA managing director Wolfi Lechner said: “Masi has already worked with us on testing the Ion 3. In addition, he was with us when filming the Performance for All video in Monaco.
“Knowing that he fits really well with the team from that experience, it was a logical move to take on board when Mike Küng left us. Masi fits perfectly with NOVA.”
