Matjaz Klemencic, a hang glider pilot from Tolmin, Slovenia, took top prize in the Cross County magazine Facebook photo competition with this stunning onboard shot from the 2002 European hang gliding championships in Slovenia.
Behind him in second place came David Bengtsson with a beautiful winter speed riding shot, and third a dreamy XC onboard image, boot included, of Dave White’s first ever XC from Manilla, Australia.
Matjaz’s winning image will be printed in the next issue of Cross Country magazine too.
Matjaz won a pair of Blazewear deluxe heated gloves and David and Dave will each get a copy of the AcroTwins award winning movie Lift_.
