The Rat Race is the biggest paragliding competition in the USA.
This year around 200 pilots have converged on Woodrat Mountain in Southern Oregon to fly, compete and take part from 23-29 July 2013.
Cross Country reporter Andy Pag is there and will be podcasting from the comp every day.
In his first podcast he reports from a busy launch and talks to local gurus Bill Belcourt and Hayden Glatte about how best to fly Woodrat Mountain.
